No. Our KYC process requires only basic business information — your name, business type, description, and phone number. No government documents required.

Our team manually reviews every application and typically approves within 1–3 hours during business hours. You'll be able to access your API key immediately after approval.

All UPI apps work — PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM, Amazon Pay, and any other app that supports the standard UPI QR format.

All collected payments sit in your wallet. You can request a withdrawal to any UPI ID directly from your dashboard. A small processing fee applies on withdrawals.

Yes — creating payments and checking status via the API is completely free. We only charge a small percentage fee when you withdraw your balance.

Failed and expired transactions are tracked in your dashboard. You can create a new payment link for the same order if needed. Webhooks are only sent for successful payments.
